Meet David Sandeman, Q&A Panel at The Property Coffee Morning

The Auction House London pre-auction Q&A session with an Industry Expert is a popular and well attended event which has attracted a variety of speakers. David Sandeman, EIG Managing Director, has been invited to be the guest speaker at the next auction where David will be available to answer your burning property questions.   

 

Welcome to the Property Coffee Morning! 

Our next Property Coffee Morning on the 13th of December is the last for the year!

2017 has been a very interesting and eventful year for property investors. We have decided, for this event, to have a Q&A panel of 6 experts to look back at the year and make their projections or predictions of what we should expect.

Our Panelist are:

David Sandeman
After qualifying as a barrister in 1982, David spent the rest of the 80's in the London property market building and modernising flats and houses. Many of the properties were acquired at auction and this gave David valuable experience in the field of property investment and development.  
 
David Clouter
David Clouter has developed an extraordinary understanding of the property cycle during his 33 years as a property investor. There are not many more qualified in the industry than David to Clouter to predict what 2018 has in store. Put all your plans for 2018 on hold until you hear what David Clouter has to say. Ignore him at your risk!

Richard Obahor
A Developer extraordinaire with over a decade of experience developing properties in the across the UK and Nigeria.

Arif Punjani

The Senior Partner Arif Punjani is a proud Co-founder of Matplus Chartered Certified Accountants. After acquiring double bachelor’s degree in accountancy, he went on to become the member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He further developed his niche in Estate planning by gaining membership of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners along with The Association of Taxation Technicians.

Richard Bowser
As well as being a long-term landlord and property investor, Richard is the editor and founder of ‘Property Investor News‘ – the highly regarded monthly magazine for property investors, landlords and trade professionals – launched way back in 2002. Richard is a regular and sought after speaker at many property conferences, exhibitions and landlord events and attends almost every Baker Street Property Meet.

Ranjan Bhattacharya
Ranjan is a seasoned property investor and developer who over the last 25 years has built an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property in London. Ranjan founded Fab Lets, a North London based build-to-let property company to create high quality rental accommodation. Ranjan specialises in build-to-let, commercial-to-residential conversion, flat conversion and commercial property. He sits on the judging panel for the prestigious Property Investor Awards, authors a monthly column for Property Investor News magazine and is founder and host of the Baker Street Property Meet.
