Online property auctions provide greater bidding opportunities to buyers
The modern way of working is to go paper free!
Everyone has different ways of working and for one loyal subscriber the introduction of digital catalogues alongside the traditional print version has been a real benefit to him. Here at EIG we are pleased to be able to offer our members options as part of the service to choose what works best for them.
The most important thing for me is that I don’t want to receive catalogues and because of Essential Information Group now I don't have to.
I’m only interested in property auctions, and when it gets sent through to me it's really important that it gets sent to me as early as possible, it's vital. I know Bruce at EIG always does what he says if ever there is a query.
It's great that I receive the Elerts normally 2 or 3 days before the catalogue is out and that is important because you need to get in there quickly because time is very much of the essence in Property Auctions. I will click on the Elert and I will check out the lots and I will obviously do my own homework and I do check the information given about recent figures.
I've been doing this for 30 years now and Essential and the Auctions is important to my business.
I am very, very happy with EIG!

While they provide essential information, they are built to meet minimum requirements - not to offer full transparency. And in many cases, it’s not what’s included that creates risk, but what’s missing.

Guide Prices: Why Buyers Should Treat Them as a Guide to the Reserve
Guide prices are one of the most misunderstood elements of the auction process. Too often, buyers treat them as an indication of a property’s value, when in reality they are designed to signal something entirely different, the likely reserve. In an increasingly competitive and dynamic auction market, understanding this distinction is critical to making informed decisions and avoiding costly assumptions.

There’s So Much More Than the Aroma of Hot Coffee…
There’s so much more to selling a property than creating the perfect first impression. While details like fresh coffee, open windows, and careful staging can help set the scene, today’s buyers are looking for something far more important - clarity, confidence, and certainty. And that doesn’t come from how a property feels, but from how well it’s prepared behind the scenes.
