Property Investors Network (PIN) Leeds Monthly Meeting

27th April'16, 6-9pm Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wellington Street, Leeds

April PIN Meeting - Hosted by Jay Sharma

EIG Managing Director, David Sandeman was invited to present on property auctions at the April meeting, to an audience of 70 enthusiastic PIN members.

David Sandeman commented:

“It was a big crowd with a great group dynamic and really varied and interesting questions from the floor. The result for us was the highest percentage ever of a group wanting to do a trial of the EIG website, so I can say it went well!"

"It was great to be invited back to talk at PIN, since last presenting back in 2012 and thank you to my host, Jay Sharma for a great event."

After the event:

"One week later and the group from the meeting interested in taking up a trial had each had a detailed tour of the site from Mary in our customer services team and had the chance to use the EIG service themselves.

We received great feedback and are delighted to have welcomed a number of PIN members as new EIG subscribers."

Guide Prices: Why Buyers Should Treat Them as a Guide to the Reserve

Guide prices are one of the most misunderstood elements of the auction process.
