The Crawley Property Meet - January Event

Goff's Manor, West Sussex

David Sandeman was invited as a guest speak to join the January meeting for the Crawley property meet.

The Crawley Property Meet was set up by four property investors, Tania, Nick, Pam and Phil as a friendly, supportive and informative property networking group. The group is for those interested in property investing at all stages of their property adventure and they meet for informal networking and to chat about property matters.

David spent some time with the group exploring how using the Essential Information Group (EIG) database would help potential buyers ascertain a likely selling price for properties at auction.

Review

One attendee phoned EIG afterwards to say how much he had enjoyed the meeting, finding it very informative and worthwhile whilst also being great fun due to David's entertaining presentation style.

Guide Prices: Why Buyers Should Treat Them as a Guide to the Reserve

There’s So Much More Than the Aroma of Hot Coffee…

There’s so much more to selling a property than creating the perfect first impression. And that doesn’t come from how a property feels, but from how well it’s prepared behind the scenes.
